This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data obtained from Users using the elementum2.co.uk website, functioning at the Internet address www.elementum2.co.uk (hereinafter referred to as "Website"), provided by ELEMENTUM2 Łukasz Daniel Mastalerz based at ul. Katowicka 53/8, 41-500 Chorzów, NIP: 6272518990, REGON: 243360888 (hereinafter referred to as "ELEMENTUM2").
"User" within the meaning of this Privacy Policy shall mean any relevant entity and/or entity acting for or in the interest of that competent entity using the Website.
Using the Website is identical to the User's consent to the Terms and Conditions described in the Privacy Policy below.
Pursuant to REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation"), ELEMENTUM2 informs that it is the administrator of personal data provided by the User when using the Website. Obtained Personal Data are processed in accordance with the Regulation, and in the cases required, with the consent of the User. All Personal Data will be deleted in accordance with the data archiving procedure or after withdrawal of the consent expressed by User. In accordance with the law, after achieving the goal or fulfilling the legal obligation of the Administrator.

Personal Data sent to the Administrator via the Website will be used for purposes related to the purchase of services on the Website. The User's Personal Data will not be transferred to third-parties for marketing purposes without the User's clear consent.
Personal Data sent to us via the Website will be used to purchase services on the Website, for example, the implementation of the entire payment process, e-mails or telephone communication, invoicing, presentation of the service provided to the User on the Administrator's website, information activities on User's benefit. The processing of Personal Data does not go beyond conventional operations in trade relations based on the applicable law. Using the Website, after publishing the Privacy Policy update, constitutes the User's confirmation and consent to such changes expressed in the Privacy Policy. The User may claim petition about any User Personal Data that the Administrator processes.
